Hello I'm new this forum,I have a863. The right front wheel stopped moving the other day lifted up front and it would spin freely So I took off the front access plate and found the front sprocket loose from the hub it had broken at the weld. I'm going to replace the sprocket but I can't get the 1 1/2 bolt loose I've tried a wrench with all sorts of leverage . But it won't break free.any suggestions? Thanks

Put a wrench on the nut and let it wedge against the chaincase. Then you can turn the axle with a long pry bar threw the wheel studs. If you can still start and run, I've used the machine power to turn the axle shaft.

Just thought, my second suggestion wouldn't work since your sprocket is broke, but first will.

Thanks for the info it helped a lot . Next question when I put the the sprocket back on I have to torque it to about 600 ft lbs. Since I can't get a socket it in there how do I torque it? Also the gear case lube needs to be change is there a product other then bobcat lube I can buy? Thanks

The way i tighten it is to use a spanner insde and rotate the axle from the outside. The issue is you will be figthing against the drive motor, so you will need to remove the hydraulic lines.
As for chain case oil, i use use cheap oil from an auto store, all it has to do is lubricate the chains/sprockets/bearings.
