Hey all, have some weird issues with the ol 863 again. So as the title says the tilt creeps down slowly but surely. Same with the grapple claws. It doesn't matter running or off.
The lift arms don't bleed down at all. I've just recently had to replace the tilt cylinder, thought the leak might be internal. But nope it's still doing it. It's driving me nuts having a weak grapple. I've recently rebuilt the spool valves, and there's no hydraulic leaks anywhere. Also makes a loud audible clunk every time it drops a bit.
So question to you guys is, where do I start? I'm good mechanically, just kinda at a loss here. Possibly load check valve? Any tests, tips, or thoughts would be much appreciated. It has got to be something simple.
