863 No aux pressure

I have a 863f and have no aux pressure. New aux stem valves, coils do work with the thumb lever. All the bics light are green. Could the spool valve be stuck? Everything else work great.

Updatr: pulled auxiliary spool and it moves freely no scratches, looks perfect. So my next question would be how to tell if the coils are too weak. They both ohm out 3.6-3.9 and they both buzz a little now on the new stems when moving the paddle switch back and forth... I'm stumped
