I would say it is one of two problems , first and most probable would be the pintle arms ( which I presume you are calling the “ aluman pades” they are loose , there is a bolt that goes thru each one which holds it to the square shaft of the sunstrand , if this are loose the machine will be wild , you can use a screwdriver under the pintle arm and pry up to see if there is any movement in the arm , I can tighten up this bolts with some special wrenches I made up without disassembling but I would tell you if they are loose to take the centering plate off to access them , also a good idea to take the bolts all the way out , clean the threads with part and brake cleaner , blow off with air and apply some good lock tite to the threads --------- if the pintles are tight then you need to adjust neutral with the 9/16 headed bolts on top of the pintle plate , you will find that info in a thread already on forum
