Just documenting a resolved problem with my 2002 Bobcat 863. Deutz engine was running and I was operating the machine when un-commanded engine stop occurred. Would not restart. Error code (hold light button down) read "21-03" (forum translates that to "Glow Plug Error Off". Manual said to check resistance (ohm) across body of glow plugs (s/b .2 ohm). Found all 4 glow plugs did not meet spec. Bought 4 glow plugs from Bobcat dealer ($69/ea). Had to modify a 12mm deep socket (cut off about 1/2") to get to glow plugs behind fuel rail lines which remained in-place during the glow plug replacement operation. 1/2" drive extension barely fit around the side of lines. Approx 15 minutes to replace 4 old glow plugs (soaked in penetrating oil overnight). Machine started up immediately. Machine did not start on 2nd attempt to start; found blown fuse on 'Fuel something' slot. Replaced fuse, machine started. Found fuse blown again. Replaced fuse. Machine started 4 times in a row. Likely something else causing fuse issue, but resolved glow plug issue and machine is operable. Brian

Glad you got it fixed, didn't know the computer monitored the glow plug resistance to give errors.
If the fuse keeps blowing, check you wires from the fuse box to the plugs, something isn't right if it keeps popping it.
