Hi, I recently purchased a new to me Bocat 863 that has some issues. its a 863 G series, the vin plate was painted over, so i cant get a serial number. Is there any other locations that the serial number is located?
1st issue. The fuel pump relay is getting to power to it. I have checked all fuses, wiring, grounds, and checked the harness. Machine runs fine when i send 12v to the pump via direct connection with alligator clamps on battery.
2nd issue. I have no lift or tilt function. The pedals and hand controls are locked out. BICS lights all come on when starting the machine. Seat bar light comes on when its lowered as it should. Machine does not have the seat sensor. With key on I get all lights illuminated on the BICS Panel. no flashing lights. If I check the codes via holding the light switch i get code 18-07.
I have replaced the spool valve in the center of the BICS valve as well as a new solenoid.
