I have an 863 the auxiliary hydraulic pressure is 600 lbs at idle. I put the guage on the tilt cylinder it showed 3000 lbs pulled the stem out didn't see anything put it back any suggestion on what to check next

Stupid question, but did you try both directions?
Also, check for power to the coils. Stems do get stuck when not used for some time. They may be stuck, not moving any fluid.

I actually bought a stem for an S250 from the dealer, installed it a year or so later, it didn't work. The grease they assembled it with was sticky and stopped the internals moving. I also bought an S150 from auction that must have been sitting for a few months, one of the stems was stuck closed.
I found that removing the stem and putting the coil on it and operating the aux hydraulics, you can generally feel the stem buzz in your hands. If you can't feel anything, time for new stems or try pulling them apart.
I had nothing to loose, i pulled the stems apart and cleaned them, they work great now. Better than throwing a few hundred $ at the dealer for another new stem.

I checked the solenoids both buzz on the stems. Check pressure on both sides of couplers still 600 at idle 100 at full throttle It don't have an auxillary relief valve in between the solenoids anything else I need to check thanks for the help

Hmm, i wonder if the spool in the control block could be stuck too. If the lift/tilt has good power the relief is working as it should.

the buzz is the pulse width moudlition that's good most likely cause of spool not exting fully due to hyd lock as in end cap being filled with oil

I took the cap off the front side of the aux spool removed the small centering spring put the cap back on fired it up turned on auxiliary hydraulics and they engaged cuz it almost stalled the engine
