I fixed all of the major problems with it and used it this summer to dig up two driveways. It's an early 90s (1992 I think) 853G from what I read. So when I got the machine it had a hydraulic leak that turned out to be a leaking fitting on one of the large hoses coming off the back of the pump. Here's my issue now- I can use the machine all day no problems. Can use it for a week straight no problem. Let it sit for awhile- like a month or more- and the hydraulic tank is very low. It's not totally empty but it's low enough it's off the dipstick. I tried looking at the machine last week but it had gotten rain in there couldn't see anything. So today I hauled it out to my storage building for the winter. It's dry so I plan to let it sit for a week or two then go out and dig around looking for a leak. Just looking for ideas of what could be leaking down while sitting?</p></blockquote><p></p>
