853 lack of power blows black smoke

It was running great and then started with a little missing sound at full throttle and now at full throttle it has lack of power blows black smoke , I changed the fuel filter . but still has lack of power blows black smoke ..

It could be an injector issue or turbo too.
Start with the simple things, as reaperman said, air filter.
