I have a 853 w/ iszuzu engine. I recently replaced my starter. Today opened my back door and behold, engine oil at bottom of frame. Well, I found out my breather tube was pinched when my door was shut. Would this cause oil to leak, and if so, where from?

It sure would!
Oil would come out the dip stick tube for a start. It can actually build up and blow the dip stick out. If the pressure got high enough, it could be out of the rear main seal too. Start with the dipstick though, it should be the point of least resistance.

Hi Bigworm, my buddy has an 853 with the same engine. It had a small rock rub, a hole in the oil pan, and from there it got pricey. Bobcat charged almost $500 dollars just for the oil pan but total cost was around $3600 by the time he was done. He changed motor mounts and parts that are hard to get to when the motor is in because of the motor removal we thought this a good ideal. His total bill was around $3600. Hopefully this is not the problem with yours. GOOD LUCK!!!!!! Floyd
