I am working on a 825 Bobcat with Perkins diesel. Bled the fuel system. It starts and run well for about a minute then dies. It will start right back up and do the same thing again as many times as you want. Bleeding the fuel system does not help. The lift pump is working and there seems to be fuel.

May sound like a stupid question, but have you ensured the filter and pickup tube are not plugged up?
The best way i have found to isolate the fuel pickup is to get a bottle of fresh fuel and tie it to the harness or somewhere in the back. Run the pickup line direct to the bottle and run it, if it runs fine, you have a restriction in your pickup line. It could be a bad lift pump too.
The other way is to install a hand squeeze primer. When it starts to die, give it a squeeze, if the engine speeds back up, its your lift pump.

Yes, I actually tied an electric pump in bypassing the tank in the machine. It made no difference.

sounds like air in the fuel system, install a clear plastic line on the return to monitor the fuel returning to the tank, if you see a lot of bubbles or foam then air is entering the system. First place on the 825 is the fuel pickup located on the right side of the machine at the right front corner of the tank. The line cracks at the first bend coming out of the tank. You can start there but do a fuel return check and check for foam or bubbles. Hope this helps, jeffco
