Finally figured it out. Was a fuel code f2 to a f3 which was wiring not connected. The fuel sending unit was out of my 7753. Not fun to get to and fix, but job is done.
It is a horrible place to access, thankfully i have not yet needed to mess with one with the engine in place restricting access.
The good thing is, it's all done and hopefully never need to mess with it again.
