Working in the field, shut down for lunch, won't fire up. Solenoid clicked once, won't again. Jumped from Bat to Starter and it fired up, so I headed for the shop. Had a new starter sitting here, so put it in, same situation. Checked batt. voltage..12.85, but everything on the panel is flashing with the key on. Checked codes and got 03-14 Low Battery Voltage. Removed battery cables, cleaned all ends and fastening points, nothing. Question: How many ground points are under the cab, that could cause this?

I should add, I swapped in a new battery out of my car, just to be sure. Same deal.
If you jumped it at the starter and it worked, your main ground must be good, as that only completes the +ve vircuit, the ground will be fine for that.
Other grounds are all over the main harness, i can't even tell you where, you'd need to go along it to see if any issues show up.

It probably depends on where the computer gets the voltage signal from; rather than a ground it could be some corrosion in a connector or relay socket.
It's a bit daunting, but perusing the wiring diagram might offer some insight on where to look.
