The Seat pan on the 2001 773G Turbo is part of the cab, not bolted on. The pan is shot and needs replaced due to rust. Does anyone have ideas? I was told to get a replacement custom made and bolt/weld into the cab as replacing the entire cab is rediculous. Has anyone done this or knows where to buy a kit? Thanks in advance

I have done one, i have another still to do as well. I just got some sheet metal and cut it to size. Welded it into place. There is a lot of fiddling depending on how rusted the old one was. Mine were/are pretty bad, so it wasn't just the floor part, it was the sides and back too. It took quite a while, but i did get there and it works a treat.

Yup mine the same, got some 10ga galv that I'm gonna use. I'm gonna use my plasma to cut it cut some kerfs in the bends then bend it and weld up the kerfs.....it will never rot again......

I have to do almost the same to my heater ducts and housing, its not that big of a deal if you have some basic tools,...welder, jigsaw, grinder
