773g blows hot air only

finally got around to replacing my blower motor on my 773g which never worked since I bought it.was seized. was and adventure mostly cuz of rusty bolts but the good news Is it blows air great now. the problem is no matter where I set the cold/hot temperature dial all I get is hot air from the vents. great for the winter but I don't use it then. would like some recirculated air that's not so hot. any ideas appreciated. thermostat maybe? thanks.....BW

Unless you have AC, you won't find much cool air. Much like trying to adjust the temp in your car without using the AC.

not expecting cool air like ac would bring but should at least be close to the air outside or inside the cab as it recycles the air.

I understand, I've been there. I think there is too much engine heat close by, the best advise is to take your door off.
