773 will not start

it just clicks when i try to start the bobcat. i have checked the starter and it will turn over. i have checked all the fuses and they are good. when i turn the switch on the glow plug counts down and all of the lights come on as you would expect. i purchased a new battery last year and i just charged it up fully last week. i checked the codes and i'm getting a 3-14 which indicated a battery, any thoughts, thanks

You say the starter turns over, do you mean that you jumped the starter and it spins the engine over or you can get it to spin by hand?
I'd try jumping the starter with a jumper cable. From the +ve terminal to the small pin on the starter that has a small wire on it. This should make it crank, if not, your battery is bad. Even if it says it's full, it could be bad all the same.
