other than the serial/model number riveted on plate, is the serial number located elsewhere? local dealer is no help. called bobcat. nice lady in customer service had no idea.
you are absolutely correct. it is right above the plug. i contacted the dealer first then bobcat. both said it was not on the machine anywhere but the plate. this site is invaluable because of the people on it.
