I just changed out the left radiator hose this week (was rubbing against the intake hose, watch for this folks!). The manual sez to drain the block and radiator at the block drain located on the rear of the engine. Look just above the fuel filter and oil pressure switch for a drain cock. The manual sez the cooling capacity is about 2 gallons. When I refilled, I only got a little over a gallon into the top of the radiator and a scant half gallon into the overflow reservoir. I haven't yet run it long enough to get it through a few hot/cool cycles to see how much the engine/rad will suck up from the reservoir, so there may still be air bubbles in the system. I didn't try to flush. And I always use the Bobcat propylene glycol purple antifreeze. Best I can do.
