When I start the engine, then press the "green button", the AHC fail light comes on and the boom/buck controls dont work. Never had this problem before. But... if I turn the key on, then press the green button, THEN start the engine, it works fine. When I press the button there is a slight delay before the "ok" light comes on. No other symptoms. It has about 2,700 hours. Any idea what's wrong? Does this mean something is gradually failing and will quit soon? Thanks ! -curt

If you press and hold the lights button for 2 seconds do any service codes show in the hourmeter?
I should have mentioned that. No. there are no codes.
