773 BICS issue

Hi everyone I have an issue with a 2001 773G where the machine will just randomly locking up. The seat bar sensor light will go out when the seat bar is in the down position. I already replaced the seat bar sensor, check the alternator and all the wires in the machine as well as replaced the battery and still no luck. Some days the machine runs fine other days right from the start I have problems with the seat bar sensor light coming on, slamming it down sometimes works other times tapping the BICS panel will get the light to illuminate, other times it doesn't work at all. the only codes I have gotten from the panel are low oil and low hydraulic pressure which quickly turns into the low oil low hydraulic pressure shut down mode. I have also left the machine overnight and came back in the morning to a very low alarm sounding when the machine is not even turned on. I am thinking that there is a short or electrical issue in the BICS system itself either in the module where the BICS lights and push to run button are or the computer in the frame of the machine. Does anyone have any ideas where to look next or how to test either module? Thank you

Sounds like an 8 volt system problem. When the machine acts up, unplug the oil pressure, coolant temp, hyd pressure, hyd temp sensors one at a time and see if the problem goes away. One bad sensor can screw up the whole system.
