I am new here....I have a 2000 763G that has 350 hours on it....I purchased it 3 years ago and it had 300 hours on it. I had the local Bobcat dealer give it a complete service shortly after purchasing. We use it here on the farm to operate a hay grapple for square bales(10) for stacking in the barn. We noticed last summer that after operating it for a short periods it seemed as if the foot controls were either somewhat harder to push down or maybe they were even slightly "sticking" but one could still operate the footcontrols. Any suggestions. Regards, Mike Young

Wow, 350 hours? That's like a new machine. Like to see a picture of it. As far as the "sticking", I'd start at the foot petals and the bushings there. Then work my way back and check all the linkages. (You'll have to lift the cab to check in there) If that all moves freely, then maybe some of the other guys here can explain the details in the hydraulics.....

Pedals are most likly. If lift is sticky, there is a pivot point on top of the chaincase for the cross bar that can get tight. I have also seen the pins that connect the likage to the spools get tight. A can of kroil should sovle your problems.

Thanks for the replies fellas....I will look things over closely. Just a bit more on the sticking....it seems that the foot controls are just somewhat hard to push at the beginning of each foot compression....once started compressing their fine, but just a little hard to push down each time. Regards, Mike
