763 Traction control issue

[Haskell2013]

My 763 will not release the traction control Lock with the seat bar down. When the seat bar is down, the bucket controls work. When the seat bar is up, the traction control lock will release and the machine will move. But with the bar down, the traction control button is pressed and no clunking noise and not releasing. Anyone have an idea what causes this? Also, I have been using the backhoe attachment quite a bit. Wondering if this has something to do with it.

That is very odd, working the opposite way that it should.... With the seat bar up, is the bics light for the bar off?

look at bics lights I bet the seat switch is stuck in the on position. this would sense the presence of operator in seat.
