763 tilt valve leaking

I have a 763 and the tilt valve sticks when the pedal is pushed full foward [dumping bucket], it sticks and bucket does not move. If I bring it back about half way bucket dumps fine. I have replaced the seal and inspected the spool and did not see any damage. I have lifted the cab with it running and it is shooting fluid out the little hole in the cap only when valve is in the full tilt [stuck] position. All other hydraulic functions are working fine. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Well I figured it out, the allen bolt that holds the centering spring and washers had come loose and backed out. Torqued it down and reassembled and all is well.
