I am trying to re-install my lift cylinder(had to replace the seals) and the holes(for the big pins do not line up) I got the bright idea of putting the rear pin in and then started the machine and operate to try and extend the arm so that the holes would line up. Now the cylinder is extended too much(way past the hole) and I can't get it to retract. Is there any way to re-tract and extend it manually?

Use the lift-lock bypass knob to relieve the pressure in the cylinders while someone pushes the rod back in or loosen both hose connections and you should be able to push the shaft back in.
