My 763 has started having issues with the left side not having as much power as the rt side . Any help would be greatly appreciated. It still goes just don't have the power.

Is the steering lever bottoming out? or does it simply lack the pushing power the other side does? It could be bad drive motor seals or scores in the pump. If you move the drive motor to the other side and the problem moves, its motor seals. If not, its probably wear in the pump.
If its simply scoring in the valve plate, you can remove it with glass and sand paper if you have a few hours to spare.
Start with the simple things, ensure the linkages are tight and the bushings are good. If they are worn, the stick can bottom out on the plate the levers come through and limit travel of the sticks.

I don't think it's the lever but i'll look at it tonight. It almost acts like its not getting preasure on that side. The rt side can bog the motor the left side won't.

If this was an all at once change I would be looking and the linkage especially the pump levers. They are known for wear due to looseness of the clamping bolts. If the clamping bolt broke or came out all together the pump lever may have spread and is no longer actuating the pump. If you suspect its a motor a swap is an easy test.
