763 brake pedal wiring

I recently bought a bobcat 763 and previous owner definitely got it and painted it to flip it. Everyday is something new not working. The parking brake has no worked and it’s became more inconvenient. The blue and white wires coming off the pedal switch are cut. There’s an orange wire and a green wire with added on terminals just on the other side of the panel with the joysticks. The green wire traces back to the bundle of other green wires and the orange goes into the cab. Do the blue and white go to the orange and green? There’s clearly been previous problems with the orange wire being spliced back together.
