My Bobcat 753L had a lift cylinder blow a seal. I removed both lift cylinders and took them both in for a rebuild at a Bobcat dealer. Should get them back in a couple days. Here is my problem. When I get the cylinders back they will of course be empty. At the same time I would like to clean the hydraulic filter inline at the tank bottom,, and change the hydrostatic fluid. (Hydrostatic fluid is original)(never been changed) So I will have an empty hydro tank, air in the lines, and new fluid to add to the tank. I assume - fill the tank, start the engine, operate the bucket, lift, and drive forward and reverse and top off the tank as needed. OR Is there an air bleed process different than that? Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
