You are after a rear window, why not get some lexan or other type of plastic and install it? They are pretty simple, the front door is not as easy. Some have bought clear flexible plastic sheet from Walmart i think. Its not ideal, but it does work to keep the cold out in winter. You can also buy cab enclosures made out of the same stuff.
There was a member that made a front door from lexan and used magnets for the door lock and hinged it on the other side. It did the trick too.

Going DIY for the rear window and door is very much the plan. If I had money, I wouldn't have bought a 743. ;)
