It wouldn't crank at all, and after some digging, found that the starter relay was bad. Swapped out with the glow plug relay and it ran, but next time I went to start it, it only coughed and sputtered. It actually fires up for a second, coughs and blows white smoke and dies. I get an E-6.2 error, which I think is engine speed sensor. Last time, I was able to restart after several attempts, and it smoothed out and ran just fine for an hour. I haven't run it again. I was going to change the fuel filter first. Still a good idea? I need to stock up on those...</p></blockquote><p></p>
