my BICS light when i start it are all green but then fade and blink no bucket or lift arm will drive back and foward any help out there with this

Does your machine drive back and forward with the lap bar up? With the key on and the engine not running, do you get BICS power and seat lights when you're in the seat and the key is on? Does the BICS power light stay green until you put the lap bar down? Does it then go dim or out when the lap bar comes down? The fade you describe sounds like you have power loss. Check our fuses to see if the connections are corroded.
The green lights you have before dropping the bar indicate that there is power, but as you drop the bar, a coil is energized, drawing power to release the hydraulics. There will also be a power drain from the park brake relay too.
Hopefully it's that simple. There are a lot of wires on these machines, the issue is finding where the problem is.
