753 hydraulic fluid temperature question

1999 bobcat 753 Hydraulic is still leaking from reservoir Cap I discovered a pretty good exhaust leak coming from the manifold pipe going to the muffler, the exhaust leak is position right underneath one of the hydraulic cooler lines. MY QUESTION IS: Could the exhaust leak actually heat up the hydraulic fluid cooler line enough to make it leak out of the vent cap? Even when the hydraulic reservoir is not completely full? Any help would be appreciated!!!

I never tried cooking my oil but it sure is not helping best bet is fix it and see

I don't believe it would be the cause. The fluid moves pretty fast through the oil cooler lines.
With that said, you really should fix the exhaust leak.

Fixing the exhaust leak today! I am also having the bucket cylinder repack it has been leaking a little bit and making a suction sound when retracting! Making me wonder if that could be bringing air into hydraulic system an making the hydraulic fluid foam up enough to leak out of the hydraulic vent cap. PS I freaking hate the hydraulic hoses with the Brass colored fittings my machine is a 1999 but unfortunately did not it stayed this stupid designed, The Brass fittings absolutely hate wrenches! and don't care much for vice grip pliers this is a second time I've had to cut the line in order to remove it. But this time it was a good one

That might do it also wonder if there is a screen that might be pluged in the bottom of the tank on that one

exh leak cook possible but never seen it overheat hyds. most likely it internal leak on seals, at cyl . basic hyds oil passing over a restriction creates heat. easy hyd lesson ? take cold unit dead head in one direction. do both lines get hot. is one hotter than the other. that would be the oil going over restriction. as in cold unit tilt back is hold is return sid hotter than input which would incate blown seals, should also DRIFT off when released if a load is applied.
