Hey guys, first time posting. I've gone through the forums but can't find anyone that's had the same issues as me. My heater blower started acting up last week. It would run for 30 seconds when I first turned the power on then totally quit after a couple days. I've replaced the heater harness relay and no change. If I have the relay figured out it is: pin 30 hot all the time, pin 86 ground, pin 85 hot with ignition on, pin 87 to fan motor. If I test with the relay unplugged I have 12v on pin 30 ignition off. I have 12v on pin 85 with ignition power on. When I jumper pin 85 & 87 with ignition on the fan runs. When I jumper pin 30 & 87 nothing happens and the voltage drops to .3v. When I unhook the jumper I get 12v back on pin 30. I've traced the wire for pin 30 ( heavy red ) and haven't found any problems yet that I can see. I've also noticed that my interior light and aux 12v plug no longer work, I'm not sure if this is related or not. My wiper and back up alarm still work. The only fuse panel I know of below the seat all check out also. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thanks,. Kent

Do you have a 4 or 5 pin relay? 30 should be 12 volt hot from battery. 85 and 86 are switch side 1 of which is ground other hot from key. 87 should be hot out with key on and 87a if so equipped is normally closed so hot with key off

I just got in from the shop and I found the problem. One of the connectors off the main harness, way down in the bottom buy the fuse box had moister in it and rusted two of the pins off. I've fixed it temporarily until I can find some where to buy the factory connector pins. Thanks for the reply farmshop. There is lots of great information on this lite.
