753 fan drive removal

I have a 753 that I need to remove the fan drive. The four bolts holding it to the shroud just turn tightly will not loosen up. Not sure where to go from here. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that those bolts have jamb nuts on the other side of the shroud.

If I remember correctly you pretty much have to remove the radiator and oil cooler to get to them.
