I have a bobcat 753 as my new toy and i love it except when i push both forward it it goes to the right a more. i was told its the neutral switch but when i opened the cab up tonight i saw the right control stick has a ot of play in it and the bearing on the far side of the machine is loose. I attached a pic of the inside of the right side of the machine. the joint towards the outside of the inside is what needs to be tighten or replaced as far as i can tell. Whats that called and is it able to be tighten or do i need a new one? thanks everyone!

i found this pic on line http://www.skidsteerforum.com/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=52&gallerypage=1&currentitem=5&path=Back%20Up%20Alarm%20Kit%20Bobcat%20Loaders you can barely see it in the picture towards the top right hand side that is covered with dirt/grease

The link didn't work, but if you are talking about the steel and rubber bushings, you need to replace them when the rubber falls apart.
When all the linkages are nice and tight, see if it's just as bad, and also check of the steering levers are bottoming out on the metal plate that the steering levers pass through.
