753 Diesel Lift problem

So I bought a Bobcat 753 diesel skid loader. The bucket won't always lift.. the safety system lights do all kinds of goofy stuff. The seat was rusted and loose. I hear there is a replaceable wiring system to eliminate the seat safety switch. I was someone talk of this for about 200 dollars. Can someone please help. Also, my bucket latch pins are rusted in.. URGGG... Help please. winter is coming and I need this thing working better. Be BLessed. Marc in Minnesota..

If it has seat switch, that can be easily upgraded to the push to operate kit. What are the LEDs on the BICS controller doing. They can be blinking a code.
