753 Case drain filter

Are the filters for a 753G only available complete with the canister/cartridge as one unit? Or can the inside cartridge be bought seperate? I called the local dealer and he told me they are only available as one entire unit. Which seems strange to me since later model machines have the option for just a cartridge replacement without the outer canister. Besides that, a visible inspection of the cartridge is necessary to see if debris is present.

I guess now it really doesnt matter now. I took the filters off and cleaned out the elements with some gas and compressed air and put them back in the machine. They looked almost new before I gave them a bath so I dont think a replacement was necessary with only 700 hours on my machine.

I thought you coud buy the innards. I have only ever cleaned them out, never had any issues.
