753 Bobcat front axle seal leak

Can I replace this seal by pulling the hub, and without doing anything in the chain case?

Sure can, loosen the axle hub bolt, install two hydraulic jacks and smack the bolt to knock the hub off.
Make sure the pump part is at the bottom to feed the jack oil
