Right front axle has been leaking, for a few months. Maybe I lost a quart of fluid. Now it stopped. Machine works great. Did it stop because the fluid is now low, or did it “re-seal?”
Probably low oil in chain case. Seal is not bad to replace but bearings are not fun. Hopefully seal didn't start leaking because of a bad bearing. Check out this video on seal replacement. https://youtu.be/MVQhtfzU320

Front axle isn’t bad to do. Even bearings aren’t terrible. Pull the axle out as an assembly instead of taking the hub off. Buy the wear sleeve right away. To install the bearings I used a long piece of 1” all thread to pull them in. To get the old races out I welded around the inside to shrink them and pounded them with a hammer and piece of shafting
