753 auxiliary hydraulics won't lock on

The auxiliary hydraulics comes on but I can't get it to lock on. The lock light in upper right of cab comes on but does not lock the aux hyd on. Do you think the switch could be bad, or maybe a solenoid?

It could be either; best thing to do is unplug every connector and relay, give them a shot of contact cleaner and reconnect. Sometimes things just get enough corrosion to not work properly and a reseat sorts it.
