751 BICS issue, traction lock, no lift tilt

Hello, my 751 does not move forward, reverse, and has no lift or tilt. Started one week ago. Talking with the local dealer, ended up replacing lift arm bar sensor and traction lock solenoid under the seat. Still did not change. The power light to bics is lit when key is turned on. After the skid is started, seat and lift arm goes green, then all lights go green. Shortly after, all lights begin to blink constantly. After a few seconds, all lights go out on bics. Voltage at orange wire to bics is 11 volts. Alternator and battery is showing 14.55 to 14.6 on volt meter. Any suggestions? And thanks in advance.

does unit have a push kit installed. if so seat switch is disabled and button upper left needs pushed prior to operate.?

The unit does not have a push kit installed. Today, found three wires that were rubbing. They were at the plug for the brake lock under the seat. Wires were fixed and same evolution. BICS powers up blinks for a few seconds, all lights, then nothing. ? If I meter the orange and black wires on BICS, and if there is constant power for a few minutes, would it be safe to say it is the BICS unit? Thanks again
