A quick look at the parts book indicates that you need Bobcat part # 6586671 which is used on 630, 631, 632, 641, 642, 643, 741, 742, 743, but unfortunately not the local one.
If it just needs resealed, the local shop is way too high, as a used one is listed for considerably less.
6803329 is the number for the seal kit, which a quick nose about seems to run in the $20 range. If there is no splits or physical damage to your cylinder, that would be the best option, providing that you're comfortable with doing the work.

Thank you Flyerdan for the link and part number on the tube and seal kit. there is a leak on the L connector to one of the hose. shop quoted double the cost to replace. I am going to try and fix it myself as I have nothing to loose. there are many seal kits all claims to fit 743 lift cylinder: 7135551 https://www.ebay.com/itm/Bobcat-Tilt-Cylinder-Seal-Kit-743-751-753-853-Skid-Steer-Loader/222543515973 https://www.ebay.com/itm/BOBCAT-6803329-HYDRAULIC-CYLINDER-SEAL-KIT/152523438125 with my luck... I am bound to get the wrong one without your help. Flyerdan: what is the bobcat part # for the tilt cylinder (for the bucket) what is the seal kit number for that seal ? thanks again for the helps.

I'm sure that they have changed part numbers over the years, just as they have superseded old designs, as there is reference to replaceable tube cylinders which are NLA and updated with replacement items.
The tilt cylinder is 6539810
The seal kit for it 6804605
All these are from a 743 parts book for SN 5019 11001 and above, shoot me an email and I'll send it over.

It looks like the major differences is that the old style cylinders have the tube going to the retraction side welded on, and the upgrade has replaceable tubes. If the only leakage you have is at the 90 degree fittings, that might just be an o-ring or replacement fitting, which should be available at lots of local places.
As for determining which will fit, I would follow the links to Loader Parts Source, not because they are a player here, but they will know the backward compatibility and what has superseded what.
