Help please. How can I override the ignition switch so I can start it and move it. I purchased a new ignition switch, but it is totally different than my original ignition. I just want to hot-wire it and get it moved. P.S. It's diesel. Thanks. Russ

pretty simple. Red/White - 12vdc Blue/Black - glow White = starter Orange and blue wires = switched power

If that fails, cable tie on the shut off solenoid so it's in the run position, screw driver to jump the starter, +12 to the small pin on it and it will crank and start.

Hello...thanks for your response. I need some additional help. I have 2 orange wires and the blue black for the glow plugs is only blue...no black. where do they go on the ignition switch? I took some pictures that I could share with you, if you could email me directly. [email protected] Thanks so much. I really appreciate it.

straight blue needs to tie to switched power with the orange. That connects to the optional shutdown system. I believe the prints show this as 26 and 26A. Blue/Black is glow
