I haven't confirmed them yet, but he said that for each axle you'll need 2 of part number LM104949 and 2 of part number LM104912. Don't forget to pick up a seal for each axle (National part number: 40301S). I don't remember what the dealer was charging, but these are only about $15 each online and you can usually buy them from the bearing supplier to combine shipping costs.
