They are available from beairng suppliers too. I'm not sure where my 743 book is, i thought i had the spider numbers written down.... I recently moved, it's in a box... Somewhere.... Either way, you don't need to get them off the dealer. The only issue i had with mine was the bolts supplied had a head slightly too big, i took a skim off them in the lathe and they fitted just fine. The ujoints need to move easily, mine were tight due to the heads, but that was fixed with cuttind the sides of the bolts off. That would probably be for 6598347, the two u-joints with the CV housing. Google shows that assembly from around $225 on.
If you can get one of the u-joints out of the housing you might find a number on it for a Spicer joint. If not, you might be able to take it to a truck driveline shop, if you have one locally. They can probably match it up, the down side of all that is you won't have the parts on hand when you tear into it so it will take longer.
You know that Bobcat probably sourced the joint for availability and price, it's probably the same one that a Ford F150 takes.
Found out that's $500 for the joint ,nothing elseThey are available from beairng suppliers too. I'm not sure where my 743 book is, i thought i had the spider numbers written down.... As flyerdan said, try a driveline shop and see what they have to say.
That seems too high to me, take your old ones to a bearing store, see if they can match them for you.Found out that's $500 for the joint ,nothing else
