I just bought a 743 2400 hrs what are the things I should look for also how hard is it to change pins and bushings

I would look at the hydraulic filters and engine filters. Make sure everything important on dash is working. Look under the seat for all kind of crud, including wet dirt causing that area to rust.

Being new to you, you have no idea what was done. Start with filters and oil, then do the chain case, many people neglect the chain case.
