Other than going to bobcat and ordering one, is there a good source of supply for one? Or one that will work? I was thinking the old Ford pickup starter solenoid that was mounted up above wheel well would work just fine). I have battery voltage coming into the relay but nothing goes out. The energizing coil has battery voltage reaching it, when the switch is turned to "heat" ground is applied. No reaction from the relay.

According to the wiring diagram, it should work just like a start solenoid, ie, case grounding with momentary voltage applied to actuate it.
I would take the wire from the switch off and bench test it in place, so to speak, by testing for ground and seeing if the solenoid can be actuated with a jumper wire.
If the relay is bad, there is no reason a Ford style one can't be used. That's probably what it is; they're cheap as chips and available everywhere. They were used on all kinds of things.
