743 find Neutral

The 743 I am working on doesnt want to find Neutral, it will stay in gear. I did a search and found a Steering adjustment but when I move the controls I hear some grinding, which I do not know where it is coming from since it is a hydraulic driven machine. This is the link to the adjustment. http://users.tpg.com.au/tazza_/Steering Adjustment.jpg Oh almost failed to mention that the machine will not start since it is also turning the wheels when it starts up. All help is much appreciated!

The grinding is because its not in neutral, if you do your adjustment as per the instructions you found that i have hosted on my homepage.
Remember to start from the rear of the pump and work forward. Get the back right before trying to do the front one.

Sounds like the e-brake is on.
