743 fan replacement

The guy I bought this 743 from said the fan that blows through the radiator may be a missing blade. Would anyone know what it takes to replace it? Thanks
 
The cooling fan on a 743 is the flywheel. To work on it the engine has to come out.

One blade out wouldn't reduce the air flow enough to be an issue, if balance is, you can remove a blade 180 degrees from the missing one, it should get it pretty close to being right. I believe a new blower/flywheel will set you back a few dollars....
