I would like to hear frome someone that has done the swap of the V1702 to a V2203 in the 743. I've read all I can on it and at this point I've even emailed the Aussie's abought the rear adapter for the engine but the shipping is almost $400 and it just not justified to go that route. I can make my own if needed.
Already have the engine, just haven't pulled the 1702 yet. Like to use the machine up untill I'm ready to do the swap. Little things like did you bore a dipstick hole, etc, ect. Sure looks like I could even stick with the Refg. oilpan. Hieghth doesn't look like an issue.
