I got a free 732 bobcat and the guy had changed the motor to a diesel v1702 out of a 743. The skid steer has some kind of hydro pump problem and the guy left it to sit for awhile - 2 yr/s + The gas tank was empty completely and had no old fuel left. I have bleed the thing using a electric pump i bypassed everything and just ran a fuel line from the filter right to the injector pump, the electric pump is working well and i am getting fuel up to the injector with out any problem. Now the next thing is i am getting TONS of black smoke to poor out of the exhaust when I'm cranking it and it seems like it wants to start but it just wont - and i have 3 new glow plugs - so even IF only 3 are working its 70 degree's out - i figure that should be enough to get the thing to start if its gonna - But what else could it be i mean it will poor black smoke almost start but it just wont seem to do it

Check the compression. Rings may be stuck from sitting.
It could even be stuck injectors. Over time the moving internal parts can get stuck.
What if you were cranking and gave it a quick shot of starting fluid or WD40 into the air intake?
